How does the payment process work?
You as the shopper will come in and look around the website and decide which products to buy, generating a total. This total goes to the payment page on WorldPay's secure server. Worldpay will then capture the card details securely in real time a check on the card via a link through to the banks. If everything is okay, the card is debited and then we (NJAF) are sent your shopper order details via an email. It as simple as that

Purchasing

If you would like to purchase any item from the 'Fly and Tackle Gallery' Simply indicate by adding your item to the shopping basket by clicking 'Add to Basket'. Once satisfied with your purchase and Sub total, click 'Check Out'. This will take you to a WorldPay* payment page, as described above. From which you can authorise your purchases with a Credit or Debit Card Payment. You will receive notification via email when your purchase is successful and payment has been processed. We will also receive your order and payment.

Delivery
We strive to aim for immediate dispatch but with large hand tied orders delivery maybe 2 - 3 days.

IMPORTANT: Address give when entering in your details will be the Delivery Address used when shipping goods.

Refund & Return Policy
In the event of damage on arrival, please notify us by email immediately, with your order number at hand. We will request you return the damaged item/s and will be happy to refund or exchange. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. We are not responsible for any costs incurred for returning items. We cannot be held responsible for item/s which do not arrive or are lost in the post. We will retain all proof of post in this event. If you wish to return an item that is not to your satisfaction, please return with a copy of your order/receipt. We will not be responsible for return postage costs. Once received, we will issue a full refund or replace with item equivalent in price as instructed by you the customer. Postage costs will be additional.

NJAF will only accept payments via Visa, Debit or Credit Cards. NJAF will use WorldPay* to process all payments online. No cheques can be accepted. Any payment received by NJAF will constitute agreement with all terms and conditions listed with in.
